Can I get my materials back?

What can I include in the book?

This is your personalized family keepsake. You can include everything from your child's first drawing and toddler scribbles to their award-winning high school mural; from saved photos and shell collections to treasured love letters, family recipes, and championship trophies. We specialize in digitizing 3D items and work with materials of all shapes and sizes to create your one-of-a-kind keepsake.

How long does it take?

The turnaround time to receive your Plum Print book is approximately 4-6 weeks after your materials arrive in our studios.

After you have approved your proof and made payment on your invoice, you'll receive your book in 5-7 business days.

RUSH Options, of approximately two weeks, are available. Please contact us at orders@plumprint.com if you need your book by a certain date.
RUSH Fees: 10% additional fee, plus cost of rush shipping, if necessary.
