Shipping within the Contiguous U.S.: Shipping is free for Plum Print books. For all other products, including flash drives, note cards, poufs, posters, throw pillows, calendars, and shower curtains, shipping is an additional charge. If you’d like your materials returned, there is an additional charge. 

Shipping outside of the Contiguous U.S.: Shipping is NOT included for customers outside of the Continguous United States. In addition, our prepaid shipping kits are not available for international customers or customers living in Hawaii or Alaska. Customers outside of the Contiguous U.S. should send their materials directly to Plum Print Offices: 45 South French Broad Avenue, Suite 100, Asheville, N.C., 28801. Extra shipping fees are applied to all products, including books, being sent to locations outside of the Contiguous U.S.. The fee for materials to be returned to an area outside of the Contiguous U.S. (if the customer elects to have it returned) is determined after the materials are in Plum Print’s possession.

Incorrect Addresses: Addresses that are entered incorrectly upon ordering may be returned by FedEx and charged $17 per package. Any FedEx charges will be passed along to the customer on the final invoice.

Sending us your materials: After placing your deposit, we send you a shipping box, with a prepaid shipping label. We ask that you drop the box, with the prepaid label attached, at your local FedEx location, which now includes any Walgreens location. If you opt to call FedEx to schedule a pick-up, a $5.99 charge will be added to your final invoice.

Using our Prepaid Shipping Label: The prepaid FedEx label included with your Shipping Kit is intended for use with the Shipping Kit provided by Plum Print. If you use the label on custom, oversized, or substitute packaging FedEx may assess additional shipping charges based on the size, weight, or dimensions of the package. Any additional carrier fees will be passed along to the customer on the final invoice. If you need to use different packaging, please contact us before shipping your materials so we can help determine the best option.
